Returns and Exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods, if they have been damaged during shipment, or do not fit properly, returns for full refunds or exchanges are eligible within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items returned outside that period will only be refunded if the return has been authorised by our customer service team. We will only accept returns of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected.
To return an item, please contact claire@000-m.com. We strictly will not accept any requests via any other platforms.
Once your return is approved, the client (you) must arrange the shipping and packaging cost to the returns address that will be included in the authorised returns and exchange email from customer services.
We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email or write to confirm when this has been done. Depending on whom you bank with, refunds may take a further few days to show up on your card statement.
Items purchased as ‘final sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or has arrived damaged due to shipping.
Returns and Exchange Process
As mentioned, after a return or exchange has been authorised, it is the client's responsibility to pay for the shipping fare and materials for the parcel. It is mandatory that the client uses a shipment service that includes shipment tracking in order for both parties to see the shipping status of the pieces. The client will be notified once the pieces have been successfully received by the 000'm team.
