Sizing and Fitting

  • How do I get my partner’s ring size without them knowing?
  1. If your partner wears a lot of jewellery, then you may be in luck. Chances are they have rings that you can base your sizing on. Use a ring sizer tool, a tape measure, or our ring sizing chart to help you measure the diameter of their favourite and well-worn pieces. This information will help you make a good guess about your partner’s ring finger size.
  2. Take one of their favourite rings to your nearest jeweller for sizing. This is a quick process and is a far more accurate way of knowing your partner’s ring size. Observe and pinpoint a ring that they wear regularly, is comfortable and is worn on a useful finger, but won’t notice is missing straight away. We would like to remind you that the average person’s dominant writing hand is slightly bigger than their non-writing hand. For example, if you take a ring worn on their right and they are right-handed, you may need to scale down for a ring to be worn on their left.
  3. If you need a change in ring size after purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team to request for an exchange.
  4. Our 'Returns and Exchanges' page also outlines steps to request for an exchange.
